Born in 1943, he studied graphic and visual communication and in 1971 went to London as a Cover-Photograph. Subsequently, broke new ground in his classical career as a freelance photographer. In 1981 he was appointed in the DGPh (Deutsche Gesellschaft für Photographie / German Society for Photography)
Pete Dine worked in the military at an extreme strain. He travelled in submarines and went to a monastery. Together with Tuareg people he trekked through central Sahara. His sensational pictures made him internationally known. With "TIERE AUF WEISS" (animals and white) he manifested a whole genre.
This exhibition shows 20 large size pictures (100 x 140 cm black and white), 15 coloured exhibits (50x60) and 2 prints on silver.
