b4 play video is a forum for recent international video art and offers a wide audience the opportunity to encounter current video work. On three floors of the Art Center Berlin Friedrichstrasse, in a total exhibition space of almost 1500 sqm, six galleries from Germany, Norway, Korea and Switzerland present video works from their current programmes.
The gallery programmes are supplemented by a series of supporting and evening events.

A presentation by the company Sixpackfilm from Vienna. Isabelle Piechaczyk introduces the edition INDEX and will talk about the publication and distribution of this video art edition of Austrian film, video and media art history. (in English)

Ira Schneider and Willoughby Sharp, video pioneers from New York, present and comment on their work from the late 1960s and after. (in English)
